I'm running into the same issue but I suspect it's due to the 10 bit color. 8 bit color video worked fine for me. Your GoPro can record in 5.3K 60FPS in 10 bit color. Simply put, a lot of phones can't handle that type of video, especially doing a MCE. So reduce your resolution to 4K to see if that helps the issue.

I have same issue.😥. I am having trouble transferring media from my GoPro Hero 11 to my PC. I connected my camera to my computer with a usb cable. My computer appears to recognice the camera. It shows in file explorer as "Hero11 Black. It shows approximately 40 gb worth of video on the camera (which is what I am trying to access).
