In all fairness i9-9900K's single core performance is way behind the 13900K. Even an i3-12100 has better single core performance than an i9 9900K. The game will feature Performance Mode. If you select it, the game will run in 1080p, but much smoother and faster. Presumably, that means it will run at 60 fps.
